The brand was unveiled on Aug. 9 and says the restaurant will offer a virtual online event venue for special occasions, provide a virtual venue to organize and host social events, hold wedding ceremonies, as well as various event entertainment services and both live and pre-recorded services. A virtual venue for speakers and cultural events is also part of the plan.
Earlier, sandwich chain Jersey Mike’s embarked on the NFT and metaverse journey, claiming it would offer virtual food, NFTs, restaurants and more.
Likewise, Subway filed two trademark applications to enter the metaverse in May of this year.
Taco Bell and Web3
It is worth mentioning that a few months ago Taco Bell filed trademark applications to enter the metaverse with virtual restaurants, food and beverages, and offer NFT.
The company’s plans at the time were to provide virtual restaurants, with home delivery in the real world, where users could earn reward points and virtual currency that can be used to purchase food and beverages in the real and virtual worlds.
So tweeted Mike Kondoudis:
TACO BELL has filed trademark applications for its name and logo for:

Recently, brand applications have also been filed by companies such as KFC, Burger King, Panera Bread, McDonald’s, Wingstop, Panda Express and Tyson Foods, among others, to express their desire to enter the metaverse and offer NFT.
