The PGA TOUR and GOLF+, the world’s first virtual reality golf game, announced a long-term agreement making GOLF+ the “Virtual Reality Golf Game of the PGA TOUR.”
The agreement also includes the creation of new gaming experiences on the PGA TOUR, where GOLF+ players will be able to enjoy exclusive interactive content and features related to real PGA TOUR tournaments.
Using a Meta Quest virtual reality headset, GOLF+ users will be able to compete on select TPC Network golf courses and other PGA TOUR courses, beginning with TPC Scottsdale and TPC Sawgrass in early 2023.
These PGA TOUR gaming experiences will offer players exclusive in-game competitions. Additional tournament courses will be added to the roster of world-class GOLF+ facilities in the coming years.
