Meta XTADIUM
XTADIUM is a premium VR sports center from YBVR that allows you to gather with other sports fans and watch live games and pay-per-view events from the world’s most popular leagues and sports.
It also features a control room experience and instant camera switching, allowing you to direct your own experience.
You can set up a giant virtual screen and watch the action in your own private room or host a party for all your friends.
XTADIUM also features immersive VR imagery that puts you right up close to the athletes. There are even real-time stat overlays to help you stay on top of the game.
We’re not talking about a run-of-the-mill VR experience. YBVR has given the app several cool features, such as on-demand replays and immersive highlights.
App content list:

- Three 45-minute VOD versions of NASCAR Cup Series races, including the NASCAR Cup Series Championship race at Phoenix Raceway.
- Two UFC Fight Pass VOD events: LFA 141 and LFA 144.

- Archival footage from Euroleague Basketball.
In 2D:
- Live content from the beIN SPORTS XTRA channel.
.Selected waves from the World Surf League.
YBVR
YBVR is working to add more sports content to the app in the coming months. In the future, other fans and you will be able to access subscription or paid content through authentication to your favorite networks and leagues.
“At YBVR, we are a team of sports fans and virtual reality enthusiasts who believe that VR is opening the door to a whole new world of possibilities for people to watch their favorite sports,” said Sebastian Amengual, co-founder and CTO of YBVR in an official press release.
“Leveraging the expertise and technology we’ve developed over the past six years, we’ve built XTADIUM to fulfill our dream of creating a new VR streaming app that delivers an interactive, immersive and social viewing experience for some of the world’s most important sports competitions.”
“After launching the first NASCAR VR race viewing execution for Meta Horizon Worlds, we are happy to see that content will also be present on XTADIUM, and look forward to additional opportunities that this new app provides to further customize unique experiences that fans can’t get anywhere else,” said NASCAR General Manager of Gaming and Sports Nick Rend.
With the launch of the Meta Quest app, fans can now experience the best of mixed martial arts and sports in a completely immersive way.
They can easily call their friends and join the action through their Meta Quest headset.
XTADIUM is available now in the United States through the Meta Quest store.
This is another step by Meta towards a fully experiential virtual world, along with other initiatives such as: the announcement of the launch of its Meta Quest Pro VR headset, a partnership with Microsoft, advancements in Meta Horizon Worlds and the launch of a fashionable avatar store and a physical store called The Meta Store, to introduce people to the metaverse.
