Expect to see Cool Cats 3D avatars from October 2022, while the NFT project will share more information about its collaboration with The Sandbox in the days to come.
In addition, most of the community has responded positively to the announcement, however, some want the 3D Cool Cats avatar based on the teaser poster to be revised as they imagined it softer and cuter.
Cool Cats
Cool Cats is a collection of randomly generated NFTs generated programmatically on the Ethereum blockchain.
The first generation consists of 9,999 Cats randomly assembled from over 300,000 total choices.
Each NFT has a variety of suits, body, faces and colors.
The NFT project continuously built its ecosystem since its launch on July 1, 2021 and has achieved a reputation of top-notch NFT being almost on par with the largest NFT collections such as Bored Ape Yacht Club.
In addition, the NFT project is also a celebrity favorite. Among its biggest holders are Steve Aoki, Mike Tyson and Reese Witherspoon.
Aside from its main collection, it has also released many secondary collections such as Cool Pets and its Halloween NFTs.
And they launched Cooltopia, a gamified ecosystem built on interactivity and utility.
Cool Cats also has several collaborations such as Time magazine and a commercial partnership with Toikido.
Two months ago, Chris Hassett stepped down as its CEO and the team behind Cool Cats is working with a well-known recruiting firm to find the next world-class CEO for the project.
Cool Cats has just hired its new VP of Community, Sian Morson, who is one of the most respected voices in the Web3 and NFT space.
Cool Cats and its collaboration with The Sandbox will add more value to its collections, bring more utility to its headlines by joining the largest platform in the metaverse.
