This skin is exclusive to this Battle Pass that ends on June 13, 2024, so we have until then to play Fortnite Festival and earn Festival Points to unlock it.

This time there are not two Billie Eilish skins at launch as it happened with Lady Gaga; instead, the first skin is unlocked instantly upon acquiring the Fortnite Festival Pass, but the reward for leveling it up to the maximum is the additional Ultraviolet style for the Billie Green skin.
